Tablets:
Dental Infections: 11mg/kg
every day for 7 to 10 days

Osteomyelitis: 11mg/kg
every 12 hours for 28 days

Initial dose  4 drops/kg bw
Maintenance dose  2 drops/kg bw

Recommended dose in Cats:

Tablets:
5mg/kg twice daily or 10mg/kg once daily

Toxoplasmosis: 25mg/kg
every day for 7-10 days

Oral Solution:
1-3ml/2.5kg twice a day
